Rehabilitation and Recovery Often an overlooked part of training, rehab and recovery is a vital piece of the training plan. We employ several modalities to enhance and expedite the recovery process, such as NormaTec Recovery Sleeves, TriggerPoint foam rollers, Accumobility trigger point balls, and Perform Better R3 Percussive Massage Guns. We also have relationships with local physical therapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors to foster a team environment that creates a better customer experience.

Nutrition Counseling services are available. Each nutrition plan is individualized based on client goals. For fat loss, we will focus on behavior changes that enhance long-term success. Together, we can calculate daily calorie and macronutrient (protein, carbohydrates, and fats) allowances based on activity levels.
We will also focus on sleep quality and stress management techniques to assist with nutrition success. For performance goals, we will focus on proper macronutrient ratios and ranges for strength or endurance athletes. In addition to the macronutrient focus, we will calculate proper hydration amounts. We use the latest science to help you look, feel, and perform your best! |
