At Trey Belcher Training, we use personal training and fitness as a way to help our community to lose weight, get stronger, look better, and feel better! We strive to create an atmosphere where fitness is a conduit to a better life. We meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be. We utilize science-based training principles to build strength, lose weight, minimize injuries, and enhance performance. |
Our Goal
Trey Belcher Training, LLC, exists to create community through strength and conditioning. The goal is to accomplish this through intelligent, individualized training programs cultivated and executed in a fun, friendly environment. Movement quality and literacy are heavily emphasized. Our desire is to remove the restrictions that daily life has placed on your movement and have you feeling better and looking better than ever! We invest heavily in education to learn the best exercise science and techniques, so we can apply those principles to enhance our client experience. We desire to build an atmosphere where you can be yourself and build your best self! Combining proper training with nutrition counseling and education, we build a path toward success. We specialize in youth athletic performance training. We teach proper form and mechanics to create a strong foundation, in hope that the athletes can move on to play at the college level. As of today, we have helped some of our athletes commit to Virginia Tech, Campbell, and King (Division II). Combining training, nutrition, and recovery, we use a comprehensive approach to strength, conditioning, fitness, and wellness. |
